Santo Antonio – Festas de Lisboa
Santo Antonio is the biggest party in Lisbon, in Portugal, lasts the whole month of June.
During this month, when the weather calls everybody to the streets of old-town Lisbon, to be part of Festas de Lisboa.

Every October Peniche welcomes Rip Curl Surf Competition with World League surfers. And it’s just one hour from Lisbon!
Portugal has a huge coast perfect for surf! In Lisbon you can surf whole year around.
We work with a school in Costa da Caparica, organizing surf classes from the hostel. We have prices for half a day or full day, with or without pick up. Write us an email or book the classes at the reception.

MexeFest Festival – Noviembre 2015
MexeFest happens every year in the heart of Lisbon, in Avenida da Liberdade, always with a special program. Different bands will play in different rooms, all for 40€.

Superbock SuperRock 2016 July
Superbock SuperRock Music Festival will back in town in 2016.
The festival returned to Lisbon, in Parque das Nações. Super Bock Super Rock will have four stages. Two of them will be outdoor and the other two will be indoor in a total area of 75.000 square metres next to the River Tagus.
You can reach the festival by metro. It’s only 30 minutes from the hostel.

Lisbon Music Festival Alive July 16
Lisbon Music Festival NOS Alive, formerly Optimus Alive, is happening eveyear in July. It’s the leading music festival in Portugal and has caught the rest of the world’s attention due to a single combination of an eclectic line up, warm weather and unique coastline location.
It’s very easy to go from the hostel to the festival, which is by the river Tejo. You just need to catch the train to Cascais and step out in Algés.
